About Chapel Beauty
Chapel Beauty is a decent beauty supply store located in a convenient location. While it may not be everyone's first choice, it's a good option for those who are feeling lazy and don't want to venture into the city or go to the Beauty Master. The store has a good selection and carries exactly what customers need. However, some customers have reported experiencing poor customer service, particularly in the wig area.
Reviews
This is beauty heaven!! Live the selection here!! They got it all except good customer service!! The asian lady in the wig section was so rude to me and I didn't appreciate it at all cause im a paying customer but they treat everyone like they steal because it's in a urban area stealing happens there often unfortunately but they shouldn't treat everyone like that!!
I purchased a wig by accident which I discovered when I got outside. I immediately walked back in to return it knowing they only allow exchanges. LSS they refused to even let me exchange it eventho the time on the receipt was 7 min ago. And the essentials -combs, brushes,- are overpriced (like we don't know that the tears have ended) and cheap quality.
