I have had several positive experiences at Ulta, Dawsonville. Katie, a profoundly talented stylist, totally transformed my hair. The cut was shear perfection and the color exceeded my every expectation. Katie has an additional superpower, her calm, grounded demeanor is contagious. I am very grateful for Katie’s help and I look forward to returning.
I went to stock up on my mascara and there were none left on the shelf, but on the app it said available in store and for pick up in store, so I knew they had it in stock but it was in the back room. I went to the first associate I saw (I didn’t catch her name but she had long dark hair) and showed her the app and asked if she could go to the back room and get it for me. She told me no, and that if it wasn’t on the shelf that means it’s not in stock (I used to work for Ulta so I know this isn’t true).
