Yesterday, I spent the day at the chiropractors and doctors trying to get some relief. I thought it was my knee with nerve severe knee pain and pain running from my hip to my toes. I had taken a fall in my backyard on Friday in the rain. It hurt but I didn't really thing much about it. Tuesday II got up, took a shower had a little back pain...but nothing stopping me from working. Went to the bathroom and the severe pain started...I thought I dislocated my knee...it seemed to stem from there. Actually I slipped a disk in my back that was pinching the static nerve. Pain off the chart...I typically have a high tolerance for pain. But this was a different story...couldn't stand with my right leg at all. Now I have had siatic pain b4 but NEVER like this! I was uncontrollingly sobbing! After 4 meds and my wonderful chiropractor Dr.Kara at Natures Way Chiropractic and Dr Mary K at the walk in Clinic...I got some relief...exhsusting!!
