After an injury, which tightened my right hip area, causing a slight recurrence of a lower back issue, Stephanie took plenty of time talking with me before and after, covering everything! Being able to quickly relate to her regarding numerous issues, she Recommended several supplements! She also recommended working with a chiropractor and continuing with the medical massage/stretching massages! It's been one week Since I saw her. I'm seeing a chiropractor today! Got one of the best massages today thanks to my friend Margo French. It was actually my Christmas present last year!?
We get busy and don’t think we’re deserving of so much “me” time, and allowing someone else to totally devote their energy to us is hard for some (me).
Massage Therapist Stephanie Dunn had the room warm & dark when I arrived. She stepped out. I stripped and laid face down on the table under the sheet. She “worked” every inch of my body, one part at a time with oil, heat, pressure… After a solid hour I felt like a flimsy noodle. Was wonderful!

I went to Massage Works to try and get rid of the knots in my shoulders and alleviate my tension headaches. I really appreciate that the office is in downtown Darien, didn't have to travel far. The room is quiet and comfortable. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful as a massage therapist! She really took the time to understand my needs and what my goals were to help me get better. I feel more limber and less tense than ever before, thank you!
