Caring, compassionate and concerned are the words that come to mind when thinking of my recent experience attending a viewing at Lord & Stephens in Watkinsville. The funeral directors were extremely caring for the family and friends during this time of tremendous loss. The staff offered a lot of compassion during the viewing and visitation including family and friends. The entire funeral home including visitation room was very open and spacious along with having comfortable places to sit and talk about the passing. We had a great experience with Lord and Stephen’s in Danielsville, GA. The staff there were very informative and helpful. They offered a grief counseling program and were very helpful during a very difficult time.
Every single person we interacted with from Lord and Stephens was so kind and helpful to my mom and I throughout this whole process. They were so accommodating and respectful of our needs and very patient with us. They really did an amazing job of walking us through the whole process and providing so much helpful information. Thank you so much for all your help and doing such a great job helping us get through a tough time.
