Crystal Moore is the best provider I've ever had there. Listens to whatever is going on in my physical or mental life. Very compassionate and very thorough. All of the nurses and staff are very friendly.

The entire staff is very kind and helpful. They are always able to accommodate last minute appointments for me or my team. Being a vendor for Shaw, this is a great benefit for me and my teams as well. This facility is very convenient and offers quick appointment times. You won't find a more genuine and friendly staff. Karissa took the time to listen to me. She answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. She even followed up as soon as my lab results came back. I never once felt like I was being rushed, so that the next patient could cycle through. The other staff I interacted with were very warm and kind as well.

My husband has had back trouble for years then occasionally put him out of work for a couple of weeks. He had back surgery two years ago now he’s having the same issue again in the same spot no feeling in his feet his leg can’t stand up for more than 10 minutes at most can barely even get a shower. These doctors are more worried about his lab work and actually finding out what’s going on. He’s not there, asking for pain. Meds doesn’t want any pain meds because he hates to take medication. They filled out his FLMA refuse to give him an extension until he can get in with a specialist. I’m fixing to put these people on blast with the news the newspaper social media anywhere I can this is your job to find out what’s going on with him and help him get into a specialist and to fill out his FLMA paperwork until he can get in with a specialist

This is straight from our benefit package information. Please someone tell me why I have a sinus infection and need some medicine and they won't see me virtually. When it says it right there plain as day that, that is one of the things you can be treated for virtually. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me to come to the office, but I can't because I'm at work and even if I could, it's at least a 40 minute drive for me. WtH??

Dr Mersberger and his entire team are awesome, they really care about their patients. Dr. Mersberger will sit with you and talk about what issues you are dealing with a come up with solutions, and is professional and personable warm doctor. I will always stay with this Doctor and his team, his nursing team, and the front desk are awesome. Their team in the back who draw blood are awesome and kind, and well trained in taking blood, don't hurt me when taking it and keep me calm while they are doing this.

I feel like the providers really care about your health and don't treat you like a number. It was so easy to get an appt and be seen. The reception nurses are also super nice.

I have called several times at different times they answer me in English I ask for someone who speaks Spanish and there is never anyone who speaks Spanish I leave a message they never return your call bad service and oh staff who speak Spanish but they kind of discriminate against you and don't love you answer the call in Spanish they should fix that problem the head of the medical center should fix that problem the doctors can be very good doctors but with the reception staff they are not going to have clients if someone can translate this comment into English or steel I thank the head of the medical center, happy day, that is my experience in this comment.
