Renewed Hair Studio, Salon and Spa is a wonderful place in Dalton. They offer amazing massages like the one provided by Jessica. Allie did a fantastic job with the hair of three daughters, suggesting great products. The salon's clean environment and friendly staff, like Dodie Sills, make it a lovely place to visit.
Kennedy was booked for my bridal party hair and makeup. Unfortunately the wedding was canceled.
I canceled very late on Kennedy and ultimately communication on my side was bad.
Her policy stated I still owed the full amount. No services provided… oof, that’s tough.
But, we talked to arrange an alternate payment plan and Kennedy was incredibly gracious and kind. Can’t attest to the quality of work, unfortunately, but can attest to Kennedy’s character… and that matters more, I think. Thank y’all.
