Actually I didn't go in here. Another google locator error. I was gonna go in and get my bird finger nails done and go visit Joe biden, but I'd end up being called a terrorist for flipping him off!

I have read many of the review and cumulative they are accurate. If you are visiting expecting high quality customer service you will be let down. They have no idea of having a sense of urgency. Their customer service falls far below expectations. I too have had the gentleman watching his phone while in between doing my nails. He has for up and went out for a smoke during the appointment. He will take calls doe long periods of time as well. They seem to. It care of you are there or not. I highly recommend Queen Nails and all the staff. I have been coming here for so long I cannot remember how long. Tim and Cindy are like family. All of the staff treats you well and the service is great. They really do your nails the way you want them. I am very picky about the shape and thickness of my nails and they get it spot on. I love this place. Very covid safe, too. Top notch. Queen nails has been showing an increase of men clients too which I think is great. Guys come on in. Men need pedicures and manicures too. Don't be embarrassed.
