Bailey, the groomer I use, is an animal lover. She is kind and appears to truly care about the animals she grooms. While I don’t mind the price charged for grooming my dog, I feel the $5.99 materials fee is over priced, thus the 4 star rating.

The grooming team is wonderful! They always show care and thoughtfulness to my babies. They do a great job fast and efficiently. They offered to put my Joyride Harness on the last time I was there. They also remembered my Lucy has an upcoming dental surgery and wished us well. Very kind!

friendly staff. Elany has done my yorkie puppy the last few times and has done an excellent job. Although last time she found a matted spot and shaved it off. Think they should try to demat it first. Dont know because I didnt get a call before hand that she found it and what she was going to do. overall, pretty good service.
