I had every intention to use this company. I'mall about local businesses.The owner was NOT FAIR or HONEST with his prices.I used ACE Plumbing in the end and they charged me 325 dollars LESS than what they were asking for.JORGE had excellent customer service. I don't know what his relationship is with this "Family owned" business but I encourage him to get out and find an honest company.Before, I had this company come see the leak I had an issue with I asked, why thier ratings were on the lower end.The response was because most of the comments were personal attacks on thier brother and not the company. I do school social work for Whitfield County Schools. Every year before Christmas Mario reaches out to me and offers his assistance to the most needy in our community. He also pays for trips and equipment for our local school teams. He does this because he knows our school system doesn't budget for such things. No, he didn't ask to write the review because he does not do it for the recognition. He just does it. It saddens me that people are posting poor reviews on an something that very common with all service companies as timelines.
