We ended up not bringing our dogs here because they were full. However, the staff I spoke with on the phone was super helpful with suggesting places that may work for our needs. He was beyond nice and very knowledgeable in his field. While we ended up going elsewhere, I'd recommend giving them a call. A place this honest about competitors knows their worth. In a world like today's, I enjoy finding a small business lifting up a fellow small business instead of just turning people away

As soon as you walk in they grab your fur baby and put them in a kennel! As my husband picked him up and asked about it they said it’s easier on pets / owners.They gave us a report card with nothing checked on it just a simple note saying good boy. So why have a paper to show eating, play, etc but not check anything??Our baby seemed ok after his vacation however it would of been great to know more about his visit.They planned on a hyper dog because of his breed but didn’t consider the fact we stated he had anxiety and was rescued. He is very calm for a lab when he’s away from home.Yes I would recommend but be aware of the above if you are new to this as I was.

This place was absolutely amazing! I have 5 big dogs both elder and young and they did a great job with them. I’m from Chattanooga and was more than happy to make that 50 minute drive to this place. The facility is clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner is fantastic! I’ve found my favorite place for my dogs! Thanks for taking good care of them
