I’m sad. I went on Saturday to have my nails and toes done before leaving for vacation on Monday. On Tuesday my gel polish on my nails is coming off. Paid way to much money for this to be happening.Services: Polish removal

First and last time to this salon. I explained I was hearing impaired and a lip reader. Somehow speaking louder with a mask on is supposed to be helpful. Mani man was great. No one told me their name and I sure wasn’t going to ask at this point. After my dip he lead me to my pedi where another gentleman thought the impairment was giggle worthy because I couldn’t understand. He acted as if he was afraid to touch me. It was the lightest touch pedi I‘ve encountered. It was so light it reminded me of how I rubbed my baby’s back to put them to sleep. I put lotion on harder than this guy rubbed. I was adamant the polish match as I am picky about it. The mani was great....read full review
