Just want to say Thanks to Tray who done a summer check up on our unit yesterday. He was real professional and found a part ready to go out. He recommended me changing it before it failed and having to pay another service charge later on. Thanks for hiring good service technician who don’t try to rip customers off.

Dalton Heat and Air made what could have been a stressful HVAC replacement a very smooth experience. They were quick to respond, showed up when they said they would, and kept communication open the entire time.
The installation crew was professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense and left the work area clean when they finished. The new system is running beautifully, and the warranty gave us a lot of confidence in the investment.
It was nice to work with a company that still values professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend.
