From start to finish Michael was there. He was patient, responsive and professional. When I had a question he took the time to explain it until I understood. He was also transparent in everything, so there would not be a misunderstanding . One thing that he said was thank you for your trust and that really sticked with me. Sometimes you don’t know who to trust especially when it’s such a big purchase, I’ve heard so many bad stories of realtors and was scared to start looking for a realtor.
