Refreshing honesty. You couldn’t ask for a better person to put you at ease after a stressful water damage issue. I had a water main break and water under my vinyl plank flooring. My concern was getting the water out from under the flooring and possible wet sheet rock etc. Don showed early inspected all my areas of concern with a moisture meter and told me this was something I could take care of on my own without having to pay him. After being advised to contact a mold remediation service, I researched several companies and chose Snider Restoration Service, and I'm very glad I did. From the start, Don was honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He carefully assessed the situation, explained exactly what was needed (and what wasn't), and addressed issues i didn't even know to look for. There was absolutely no pressure and no attempt to add unnecessary services, which made me feel I could truly trust his recommendations. The cost was surprisingly affordable, especially for the quality of work and the included one - year warranty. Once the job was complete, the difference in my home's… read full review

Mr. Snider and his company is a one of a kind, phenomenal service. Mr. Snider kept it real and reasonable throughout the whole interaction. He had a quick response and treated my problem as much of a priority as I did. Not to mention, his customer service was far better than I’ve dealt with in a long time. Treated us like he’s known us our whole lives, even only having met us 2 weeks ago. He has a confidence in his work that ensured us we made the right call and even took it one step further guaranteeing his work for a minimum of a year. Just all around outstanding.
