I had the worst experience with this salon and feel compelled to share. My hair was left in an absolute mess after my appointment. The stylist cut my hair unevenly, leaving noticeable patches, and applied the perm so harshly that my scalp was burning within minutes. Despite spending $200, my hair was only about 15% permed, and the side and back were chopped extremely low.

To make matters worse, within a few days, I developed painful scabs on the front of my scalp due to the harsh treatment. When I kindly requested a partial refund to fix my hair elsewhere, the owner refused, offering only a $50 store credit. Why would I return for more damage?

My hair was overdue for a virgin relaxer, trim and overall attention . Jae did not disappoint in restoring my hair with amazing products and her experience and my hair is healthy. I am so grateful to find a genuine and skilled hair stylist in Paulding county !!!

I take my grandson here to have his hair cut the barber does a really good job my grandson likes going there unfortunately for me I can not get a hair cut there since most of mine has already fell out
