Called Precision after we encountered some very crazy AC issues. The technician Jeremy came in to our house literally about an hour and a half after we called to set up the appointment. That alone is pretty much unheard of in this day and age. When Jeremy arrived, he was down to earth, informative, and didn't recommend any unnecessary fixes, which again is very rare these days. He recommended the correct course of action, and because of his transparency and honesty, we decided to join the company's maintenance program. These are the type of people you want to call on in a pinch. Thanks Jeremy and thanks precision

Wow what can I say love people that’s really nice and open my Service technician was very experienced very polite and very open. Leave me all the way as he check my units I will not even have to stand over his head again because the trust I put in him will asking to send him anytime I have a problem thank you, Jonathan
