My day started off wonderfully today, especially when Ashley came (from Massey) for one of my annual inspections. She is just so friendly, and she explains the processes involved with my inspections in a way that I can actually understand. As to be honest, the home I'm currently in is my first newly constructed home. And even after being here just a couple years, there's still some things you don't quite understand and are hard to figure out. And I'm sure that is why I was kind of frustrated when I called to make my annual inspection appointments. But Ava in their office, helped me tremendously when I called, even though at the time she probably didn't think so....read full review
I must commend Massey for having Ashley as a Team Member. She is so knowledgeable about the cause of the bugs and what my part will be in getting rid of the bugs. She was especially accommodating about changing my schedule she had completed through January when I contacted her less than an hour later. Great service 👍
