STRONG ADVOCATE OF HAVING DRYER VENT CLEANING DONE EVERY FEW YEARS... We recetly had to pay over $300 to fix a dryer due to a restricted dryer vent PLUS the aded electrical cost of needing to run the dryer longer. Regular maintenance WILL save you money.They charge $99 for the 1st 8 feet but then charge another $9 for extra feet. I am very familiar with this industry and have help several people start dryer vent franchises - this is a very competitive and fair price AND they do a good job. BE SURE TO MEASURE THE DISTANCE FROM YOUR DRYER TO THE OUTSIDE WALL to avoid being overcharge - there is the 'potential' with any contractor to improperly measure. i RECOMMEND...read full review
