From the first phone call to schedule an appointment … I spoke with Randy… as I am a bus monitor for special needs often times due to the stagger day hours of my routes I usually have to take time off to take care of repairs and other appointments and that is what I was going to do with this appt.. but Randy said not to do that he could schedule around my hours and he did exactly what he said…. Then, Stephen the plumber that was assigned to handle my issue, called and said he was on his way,,, but due to today being emergency evacuation day I was gonna be delayed to arrive on the scheduled time… Stephen said not a problem he would wait 15 minutes … Upon meeting...read full review
