It is so refreshing to do business with a company that treats their customers fairly.
The guys in the Stihl department are knowledgeable, helpful with all my questions, and when something goes wrong they make it right.
I have gotten all of my power equipment from them, and will continue to do so because the service and support I receive from them is truly great.
You would do well to make this your hardware store.
Today 08/29/2026 I went to ACE and I want to highlight the incredible costumer service I received from Mrs. Florence and Mr. Marion...I felt that I had gone back in time when the friendly treatment and the good costumer service was so normal ... I was very happy to see that there are still people interested in making others feel good when visiting a store . Thank you both for the good treatment and I hope you will continue to do the same with others!! Thank you Marion for the excellent explanation about the fire stoves. And Mrs. Florence for the popcorn.

Everyone's always super pleasant and willing to help you find or figure out what you need. I stopped in a couple weeks ago for something else Don't remember, but I was working on an aluminum project on and off. I was going to order my stock online as most people don't have anything local. I was pleasantly surprised walking down the aisle when I saw a wide variety of aluminum stock. They had exactly what I needed to get my welding project done for my camper.
