We had an excellent experience with Cochran Complete Services. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. The technician diagnosed the issue right away and explained everything clearly. What really impressed us was Mike Fambrough’s attention to detail—he made sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with such great customer service. We highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable A/C service!
This is a knowledgeable, timely, and competitively priced contractor. Jamie was the only one of eight bids to calculate the tonnage requirement for my space and measure the existing output. His punctual and professional team took less than eight hours to replace my entire system and revise much of the ductwork. The new system is wildly better and meets my requirements for noise and cooling.
Cochran’s labor warranty requires that a maintenance contract exists with some (any) vendor. I’ve opted to stick with Cochran and extend this relationship.
This company provides the best advice for heating/cooling and perform superb work. I’ve used them multiple times so far and enjoy the professionalism there employees bring to the site.
