Have loved in our house over 15 years now. We have used Knepper Heating and Air for our HVAC needs. They replaced our old system shortly after we moved in and came back a couple months ago to replace that system. I have never had any issues with any of the technicians or products and service we've had with them. Chris was very informative about our needs and the options for replacing the system and on the day of install the techs who came out did a wonderful job. It's been a couple months in and I called with a question and they jumped right on the issue in getting someone over here to take care of it. And it's great to support a local business.
Great service. Called Knepper in the early evening after I discovered a problem with my air conditioner. They got somebody out the very next day. The technician Adam explained everything thoroughly and took care of the problem. Communication with the office was great. They worked around my schedule and kept me updated on his arrival time. Will definitely use again.
We have had Knepper out several times to fix issues with our HVAC unit over the years. This morning they came on time and replaced our old 21 yr old unit with a sparkly new unit. Everyone from the owner, Chris, to the office staff, and every technician has been great to work with. Everyone is knowledgeable and respectful.
