Knepper has the best quality employees with the highest integrity. (Kristine, Angie, and Trina) Their technicians (Matt and Blake) are awesome and one is pretty much an engineer (Matt) with years of experience, and fixed my Heating System unit within minutes. They even had the parts on the truck. They have been keeping my family and I comfortable for close to 15 years. I am 63 years old and I have grown to not trust many people. On December 1, 2025, I needed my heating furnace diagnosed and since I’d heard Knepper was the “best of the best”, I decided to put them to the test! First step: call, beg, and plead for a quick appointment! Well, the friendly, cheerful, and helpful lady who answered my call gave me a quick appointment so we’re 5.0 at the starting gate!
