Great group of people, amazing customer service, the delivery and pickup teams dropped off an picked up at reasonable times. I have rented from them a bunch and strongly recommend them to everyone! I’d rate them 10 stars if I could.
We didn’t have experience hosting a wedding celebration, but Steve Deckers was incredibly patient with us. He did a terrific job of leading us through the ever changing process of deciding what we needed. He brought a great team a couple of days before the event, set up the tent and made sure everything was right. Afterwards, they came when they said they would, packed it all up and left the site looking good. Highly recommend!
Literally a whole mess but the staff was phenomenal! We had rented a bounce house in 2024 that we had to cancel and were given partial store credit for, which we then used this August for my sons 2nd birthday. We rented one of the big wet slides, and were under the impression we'd only be paying about $75 at delivery. Apparently whoever scheduled our drop off was mistaken, and we did indeed have to pay for most of the full price. However, they had a Cumming address listed, drove there, called and made zero fuss about having to come to Gainesville instead.
