We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Brown and the entire team! My daughter was a little nervous about going to the dentist at first, but they made her feel so comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. The staff is kind, patient, and incredibly professional. Dr. Brown takes the time to explain everything clearly and treats kids with such warmth and respect. I truly appreciate the gentle, reassuring approach and how they make dental visits something my daughter actually looks forward to. Highly recommend!
I took my 13 month old here yesterday and had the best experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly. I loved the financial transparency before anything was started. With a baby who does not like when I have to brush his teeth, I was worried he was going to disrupt others by his crying/yelling, but appreciated being led to a quiet room that gave us more privacy!! It was also super quick and thorough, and everyone was knowledgeable and kind to us. I’ve already been telling all my friends about this place!
I am so happy that I found Dr Kwon! My daughter has special needs and it has been so hard to get her to cooperate when it comes to getting her teeth looked at. Dr Alford was so patient and empathetic, she really took her time to make her more comfortable. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful, they truly have the best staff. We ended up getting sedation and Ana made sure to explain the whole process thoroughly, she even called to check in on us afterwards. I will be taking both my kids there from now on! The tree house in the waiting room is also such a fun touch, my daughter loved playing while we got checked in.
