I hired “Trusted handyman” and wish I hadn’t…..I found them on Nextdoor and some lady here tried to warn me off so thought it only prudent to post my negative experience.
I Hired him for a simple bathtub installation. Came on a Thursday and installed the tub without the required rim boards which is required by the installation instructions and was discussed in writing prior. When I reminded him day before they must be installed his response was “we know”. Then they didn’t install. Quite the attitude for what’s the come….
He came back out on Friday to add the boards and reinstall. While I’m at work him and his counterpart text me multiple times job... read full review

Used them for electrical and was put off, then ignored finally getting the work don a week and a half after original time. Electrician was competent and professional once he arrived. Call Ed again to do tile, made an appointment for a walk through and estimate at 9 in the morning and after 40 minutes of waiting with no contact, I passed on them. Their name doesn’t live up to their actions. Hate to speak I’ll of anyone who works in construction, it’s a unappreciated gig but these guys aren’t reliableService: Electrical outlet & switch relocation

Our “two week” project has turned into a 3 month nightmare. From broken promises to improper installation, our experience with Stephen Koo has been horrendous. Feel free to PM me for more details and pictures. Save yourself the mess that we are in and hire someone else.
