My husband and I enjoy visiting Dr. Boyd's office at the Cumming location. We have been going to this office for many years when they were Eye-Q until now. The front desk employees are always friendly and welcoming, the technicians and opticians explains everything thoroughly at every visit that we have ever had. Dr. Boyd is very friendly, knowledgeable and he explains everything thoroughly as well and never rushes the visit. I highly recommend Dr.Boyd.
This visit was a nice experience. I was greeted when I walked in. The place was very clean and orderly.. I was called in right away.
Dr.Boyd. was outstanding. I had a number of concerns.
He took the time to explain everything.
He made me feel he really cared..
I just adore Dr. Boyd at the Cumming location. He is so nice, so thorough, and so personable. After a very recent routine eye apt, I began to have something going on with one of my eyes. I stopped in to just see if Dr. Boyd was in. He came out and spoke to me. Concerned he wanted to see me right away. Good news is all is ok. He set my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd. Office staff is pleasant, too. Small office, feels very welcoming.
