I was very pleasantly surprised at how competent, knowledgeable, thorough & caring the optical center is!! From check-in to check-out I was waited on, all my questions were answered and I was offered options. Angelic got my insurance in order & seemed genuinely happy to help; Dr. Rosado was fantastic, she explained & rechecked certain aspects of my eye; Maria was incredibly patient, informative & helpful. The only name I can’t remember is the tech who did the preliminary eye tests & she, too was kind & capable. They never made us feel rushed. True customer service. I highly recommend this office.
Had my prescription therefore; only needed lens/frames. Staff is very knowledgeable, willing to spend time to please and wonderful selection to choose from. Pricing was very clear with no pressure. Service is amazing. Quoted 2-3 wk. delivery — arrived in one week! Pickup was a breeze. Love my new glasses. Will definitely return in the future!
