Go with ANY other company. Trust me! I had an appointment at 11am for a gas fireplace repair. 11am came and went. I text and called, but no one would respond. I didn't hear from Jason until 6pm that evening, saying he mixed up appointments and asked if he could come then. However, during the whole appointment he acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to be there after hours. Even though he was the one who was 7 hours late! He complained about having to give me a "Free Estimate" because I had a coupon. A coupon his company sent me! Somehow he convinced me that I should buy new gas logs from him. So I told him I would be in touch. Fast forward a week... read full review
