There was a mixup processing my dog’s heart worm test. I called customer service for help and the rep researched the issue. She apologized profusely saying she was embarrassed over the mishandling of the heart worm culture and sent several coupons including a coupon for a free retest and vowed to communicate the problem with field management. It was refreshing to interact with a company that takes ownership of mistakes. All companies have mishaps from time to time. How a company responds to a complaint separates the great companies from the good ones. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she earned an A plus.
These people are doing a wonderful service to help solve the over population of pets that end up being strays or abandoned. They make it affordable and do so with such care. Wonderful front office and staff. They’re full of knowledge and resources.

I have truly never experienced such a loving, caring group!! I feel very blessed to have found this Vet’s office and I know I speak the same for my animals!
