When a leak was noticed this past weekend, I contacted NGRR, as they installed the roof a number of year prior. They timely made an appointment and identified a deteriorating attic vent.Services: Roof inspection

They were nice enough to come out the same day I called to inspect the roof and verify the attic was ok and no action was required there. They applied maintenance service on the roof to fill in any possible problem areas around nails, etc. The gentleman was very thorough and polite telling me I was good to go without worry.
