It was my first time coming here and I had a wonderful experience. Customer service was phenomenal from reception to check out. I wish I knew the nail techs names because they were so sweet and patient. They made sure everything was up to my satisfaction. I even got a special offer as a new customer. The salon gives luxury vibes and has a clean relaxing atmosphere. I got French tips SNS and a deluxe pedicure. Will be coming again!

I’ve been coming here for almost three/four years now. Never had a bad experience! It’s always clean! Everyone is so nice! Chi has been doing my nails for about a year now, exclusively, and is absolutely amazing. Every detail, every nail the same, the shape is always perfect, she is meticulous and has the best personality, she is so bubbly! Matt typically does my pedicures and is so friendly and does a wonderful job on my feet and toes and making me feel relaxed. I’ve had a few other people do mine and my husband’s pedicures and we have always had great service and wonderful results! I recommend everyone I know to Noire in Cumming!

My mom and I have been coming to this nail bar for nearly 6 years now and we love it! Van, the manager, is amazing and she always knows us and takes care of us. Every technician in the salon is friendly, and does a great job and they always listen to what we ask for. We won’t go anywhere else!
