We hired Matrix to assist us with our small business taxes. Their original request for documentation came by mail and it was returned via mail. Our first package with extremely sensitive information was lost upon arrival at their office. We then requested to deliver them in person, however, they assisted that we try mailing them again. We waited to hear back and received an update two months later asking for additional information, again sending sensitive information by mail.
