Honestly, what caused me to start coming here is I used to do mine and my wife's taxes with HR Block Free and paid for premium service, yadda yadda yadda. My wife and I had an issue one year, I sent the info over then at some point after that, I had a phone call with Ken. He told me (not verbatim) but that whoever did the taxes that year did them wrong.
