My wife recommended Kraft to me after I had problems with other alterations places. My wife used them for our daughter’s prom and homecoming dresses. So glad she did as they are real old school craftsman type alterations place. Now, I only use Kraft for my alterations.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Jenny at Kraft Alterations truly deserves one. Kraft Alterations is the best alteration place in the Johns Creek and Cumming area. Jenny, the owner, is so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and carefully listens to what you want. You can tell she is honest about her work and will clearly tell you what can and cannot be done. When I tried my dress on after the alterations, it came out just like it did at the fitting and fit as if it had been made just for me. The fit, the length, and the overall look were all perfect!

Absolutely love Kraft Alterations! I’ve been bringing in dresses for different occasions, and the results are always amazing. Jenny is professional and so sweet. I can see that she really takes care from the fitting and puts so much time into her work. Everything is done beautifully and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!
