I am very happy with my decision to go with J E Mechanical. I have a home warranty contract and I was not happy with how they treated my claim. I had an evaporator coil burst and lost all refrigeration. They sent a tech that recommended replacement as the system is 18 years old. Home warranty wanted 2nd opinion so sent another tech. That tech also recommended replacement but home warranty declined so tech contacted Lennox to get parts and forward info. Finally home warranty approved claim to replace the air handler. Since it would be incompatible with condenser I would need that but that wasn't covered. They only agreed to replace the part that failed. So they were... read full review

Renan was excellent. Explained all the details that I needed done and recommended the exact AC unit to suite my needs and wants. They were a referred to me by my plumbing company Alliance Plumping. Will use them again for all future inspections. Kudos to the team.Renan, thanks much sir. ?
