I've had the privilege of working with Anna Moriarty at Integrated Therapeutic Solutions for the last 6-7 years and can confidently say they changed my life. From the very beginning, Anna created a safe environment where I felt heard and understood. Her unique approach helped me uncover the answers within myself, leading to significant healing and progress in addressing my trauma. I would recommend Core Belief Therapy to anyone and everyone. Meeting with Anna has been so helpful and has already begun to change the way I think for the better. She is knowledgeable, kind, and has a way of making complex topics accessible and approachable. It is evident that she loves her job and cares about people and wants to help them be the best they can be! Anna is a great teacher and example to others!
Integrated Therapeutic Solutions is a great place to get help from. It gives you knowledge and education to help you understand your behaviors better and bring it to more of intentionally controlling it.Denee is a very great counselor. Her patience and sweetness give you comfort to talk about things you may find uncomfortable to talk about. She definitely has a very non-judgmental look and action which is a huge help for me to share things as is.
