I was very happy with the service I received from Innovative Plumbing. Bruce was awesome!! He was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to my scheduling the work I wanted to have done. When he came to do the work, he was on time and competently completed the work. There was no trying to charge me more than he quoted which I really appreciated. On top of all that, he was friendly and personable which made the whole experience much more pleasant. Also with Bruce, was Rhett who was in training. Ivan was great! He was sent to fix the toilet because it wasn’t flushing properly, and I had another issue with the water temperature in my shower and he went out of his way to help make the water hotter. I also told him about the water fixture change and he explained everything in detail and guided me to the best solution to my plumbing issues. He was patient and kind. I would recommend them any time! Thank you Innovative Plumbing and Construction and thank you Ivan for your hard word and dedication. I appreciate it!

I have used Innovative Plumbing several times for minor plumbing issues but this past weekend we faced a major issue with a leak in our main water line to the house. Innovative was able to come out right away and Holton took excellent care of us! We were back up and running in no time. Holton was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend Innovative Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
