I almost made a terrible mistake when pressured by Kennon Heating & Air pushing me to fix and possibly replace a 5 yr old AC unit with a quote between $6,800-$10,000. I decided to look further and was highly recommended to use Hansard Heating and Cooling, and I was not disappointed. I could tell right away that the technician, Jake, was experienced and was more interested in fixing the problem, not push something completely unnecessary. That was the best referral I have received and they fixed my AC unit for about $2... NOT $7-10k that was NOT NEEDED! Will never use Kennon again and highly recommend Hansard as the honest, professional choice!

Been working with Hansard H&C for many years and never had anything other than exceptional service from them. Even when we moved from Cumming to Dahlonega we continue to use Hansard. They are always professional and never looking to upcharge for anything - if you leave a message they call you back, arrive on time and deliver excellent quality work. Will continue to work with them as long as they will continue the long drive up 400!

We had reached out to Hansard Hvac Heating & Cooling Systems for estimate on new HVAC unit, as ours was past its’ prime and they had installed another unit 2 years prior! They were here, (Tim, owner & son Dalton) within that week and were very professional, knowledgable & personable on every level! We felt very confident & comfortable with giving them our business again! Looking forward to another new unit install by months’ end…We would highly recommend them! Thank you, Hansen’s
