I’ve been going to this salon for over 10 years…but I will never go again. The owner is a liar. I had a medical issue (seizure) and because I was acting strangely, she called 911. Cool, right? Except 6 police showed up in her tiny salon and the paramedics (who stayed all of 5 minutes to have me sign a form). She repeated to me over and over that they did not call 911 and that she checked with the other stylists and they said I wasn’t acting weird and didn’t call. This woman lied, lied, lied to me. After she has been my stylist for over a decade. My husband ordered the 911 call so we would know who called. It was her front desk girl on behalf of the owner and the things she said were VILE. Shame on her. The owner knows my husband. If she was so concerned, why not call him? The ironic part is the owner acts odd every time I see her with her hands always jerking around and communication disjointed. Who knows why? I haven’t called the police. 🙄

My 15 year old daughter has been hesitant to get her hair cut because of a bad experience she had a year and a half ago. Today, she saw Brittany. She asked my daughter a ton of questions to make sure she understood and then communicated what she was doing the whole time to put my daughter at ease. The cut is EXACTLY what my daughter wanted! Since we left, she's been gushing about how much she loves it and how pretty she feels. A+!

The place is nice, and the stylist was talented but the whole experience was very lackluster - for example, they greeted me with a drink selection (nice) but when I left, there was no mention of when and if I would come back (yes, I am moving to AZ, but my mom lives across the street, which I told her, so why not ask me or give me a business card?) really strange and not kind at all. Also - no mention of purchasing any kind of hair product or anything - would I come back? No, but my hair is nice!!- Cassy

Was a devoted client for almost 15 years to an awesome warm stylist. I do not know what happened. Completely ghosted by the owner, my stylist, the past 2 months. Numerous direct texts, voicemails about re-setting appointment, all with no responses. Three calls to the front Hairdue desk confirmed she is working and present (I asked if an emergency had happened, was all okay?, but assured she is there). Just the strangest thing, and heartbroken, but moved on.

I remember a friend mentioning HairDue was a nice salon and after having a major hair disaster, I decided on a whim to try them. I was paired with HannahKate who was a gem to work with! My hair was cut in choppy layers and needed to undo some bleach damage to get it back to it's natural jet black, and HannahKate handled the whole situation so professionally, explaining to me the procedure and what it entailed. She was also generally very pleasant conversationally and ALSO, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me because I wear hijab and they were so respectful! They put up a screen and we made sure to work around any male clients that were there that day and it meant so much to me that they were doing everything in their power to make ME comfortable. I totally recommend, I've never been happier with a service before!Services: Haircut

I was getting my haircut and my mom came up asking them to fix it. The owner started yelling at my mother telling her that she makes everybody feel uncomfortable because she asked them to fix my hair. she started yelling at my mom and telling her to get her kids out of here because they were sitting in a chair near me. I’m in high school and now I have to find another place because the owner was so rude to my mom and dad. Would not recommend.Service: Haircut
