We had a water leak under my enclosed bubble massage tub and looked like black mold. Wanted to contact someone local so Grady Restoration came up in my google search. Bradley came out the next day and confirmed the black mold. After telling us we would need mold remediation and what possibly would need to be renovated, we filed a claim with our homeowners insurance. The process has been so easy and Bradley has helped us progress through the entire ordeal. He could not have been more professional, he was here when he said he would be here and was very neat with taping everything off, doing the tear out and bringing in the HEPA and dehumidifier machines. Grady Property Restoration has been great to work with. Unfortunately we have had three leaks in three years and they have been honest, quick, and easy to work with each time.
