Brandt at Genesis is literally THE BEST personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. He’s also extremely knowledgeable. Every time he trained me I learned something new that I had years of misconceptions about. Mainly how to do exercises the correct way as to not get injured! Seriously, I’ve never felt more safe working out than with Brandt guiding me!
