Super easy to set up an appointment within a few days as a new customer, and a lot of that has to do with their great normal standard business hours. Groomer was great we highly recommend. I took both of my dogs here today for the first time and they did a great job! I have a 5 year old and a 10 year old rescue dogs. They were quite comfortable with the groomer Salem. They took care of my senior dog , no more now, who many groomers didn’t want to clean her. Salem and all the staff are very friendly caring and accommodating. Very happy to take my dogs here.

Fran N Friends always makes our maltipoo look so nice and clean! We thought he would have to get completely shaved this last time, but they were able to work their magic, and he looked so cute after the grooming. They take their time and do a great job.
