Todd and Carol were awesome to work with throughout the process of buying our new home. We received an awesome rate, and Todd was always readily available when I had questions, needed a pre-approval letter, or when an agent needed to speak with him. The Final Disclosure was completed in time for me to review prior to closing, and everything went smooth with the purchase of our new home. I highly recommend working with Todd and Carol at Foundry Mortgage, and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Used Todd back in 2001 when we first moved to ATL, and just used him again to refi my mortgage and HELOC. He and Carol did a great job finding a lender with favorable terms and walked us through the entire process. His upload links were easy to use when sending them information. Closing took place without issue. Would highly recommend using them for your lending needs.
