Cindy was very great when i called to talk to someone about my problem she explained everything very well and how everything works and what they would do when they come out and she worked with me on pricing and everything and she was excellent and very professional on the phone and answerd the phone when i called and i was very pleased on the service i got and she was very polite and she was very kind n careing on the phone to and she was very unstanding on the phone to so i want to say cindy is a very great and professional when it comes to pest control and amazing coustermer service thank you cindy and forsyth county exterminating for everything you have done for me...read full review

We have been with Pest Ban for the past four years for our termite treatment and then we recently moved to Orkin for our Pest Control after realizing we had a mouse/rat in the house. When we realized Pest Ban wasn’t actually deterring termites but “monitoring” for them we decided we needed to change to a more proactive solution. Orkin quoted us $3,000 for their “Trench and Treat” service but FE was significantly lower (based on the area of our home) for the same service. They were very professional (everyone from the owner who I spoke to on one occasion and the technicians) and fast and efficient. I recommend all homeowners and real estate agents to use Forsyth Exterminating. Their customer service is stellar to any Termite Company I have used. Forsyth Exterminating was contacted at 2:00pm the day before closing of an issue with termites on a home with closing the next day at 10:00am.
