They were able to make a last minute prom handheld bouquet and boutonnière and even added extra hot pink roses when I went to pick the flowers up as a very last minute request. Very accommodating and absolutely beautiful boutonnière and bouquet. I will definitely use them again!

They were likely overwhelmed but should have been able to set boundaries or at least notify customers.Walked into my office this morning to find Valentine flowers that were supposed to have been delivered two days ago. The flowers are pretty but showing age and signs that the arrangement was created days ago. My poor husband kept trying to show me that they were supposed to be delivered in time. I think he felt worse than me -- its a pretty big mess up. Two days later there is a huge HAPPY VALENTINES DAY balloon attached to these flowers - they could have at the very least changed out the balloon. I will not use this florist again based on poor customer service.

Great experience with the florist at Cummings florist. The team came down to give a complimentary class “build a bouquet “. It was fun and educational! Each participant got to take home fresh flowers for the Christmas holiday.
