I had an excellent experience with Omar at Cumming Barber Shop. From the moment I sat down, he was professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure everything looked perfect. My haircut came out sharp, clean, and exactly how I wanted it, and the beard trim was one of the best I’ve had — precise, even, and expertly shaped.

Pathetic customer service. I went in for a haircut, and the barber ended up trimming nearly a quarter of my beard all the way up toward the jawline without even asking. Now I have to trim my entire beard to make it even, they haven’t even cared to remove hair on my face. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional as hell. Extremely disappointing experience.

Omar did an amazing job. He was like a surgeon with the clippers. I went with his recommendation and it looks fantastic. I’ll be booking appointments with him every time moving forward.

Asked for a flow and got an uneven skin fade, there’s no style I can do with this miserable haircut, instead of asking for an inch or two, just ask for 1/10 or 2/10ths and you might get what your looking for.

I came here for my senior prom and Hardy was my barber and my hair looked more than amazing when done totally recommend!

My brother and I were looking for somewhere to get a haircut since we had just moved to Cumming and thought this was a good place. I walked in and the lady at the front was very rude and had a bad attitude. Then I waited for my turn and this guy named David cut my hair who was also very rude. On top of that he charged me $20 to clean my little mustache which he said it was $10 to do so and the haircut itself only costs $31 but I ended up paying $55. The haircut was terrible and low quality and my brother’s haircut was no better. These people don’t know how to cut hair. It was a terrible experience for us so we definitely won’t be going back and I don't recommend this place at all. Very rude and greedy people here.

I got my haircut by DD today. Best haircut I've ever had. Took his time clean fade good haircut and great conversation about cars. If you love cars he's the one to talk to. Clean shop and relaxing music. I'll definitely be back to see David!
