They do robbery in the day light. I signed for the classes for my wife. They never told that its membership is on auto renewal with a one month notice period. When I asked for cancellation of the membership due to my wife's being unwell, they never pay any heed. On top of that, they misquided me regarding cancellation of membership by first saying that I can send the email for cancellation of membership and after that by telling me that my wife through her email need to send the email for.cancellation of membership. On top of that they never bother of reply my calls for confirming the cancellation of membership.

I am such a big fan of lays pickle chips that it go so bad I had to do Pilates! Me and the Tortas in my millennial group decided to do this cause we all were like I wish I could get a free bag of chipssss but now we’re like I wish I could get more of Pilates classss! Great work out and I burned all the chip calories off! A torta in my group named Bertha(we call her big Bert) she came in as big Bert and left as lil Bert! Will come back again and so will Bertha!

I arrived at 7:02 for a 7:00 appointment and was turned away for being two minutes late to a trial class. No flexibility was offered not even adjusting the session time. I drove from exit 14 to exit 13 after leaving work, and the complete lack of empathy or customer consideration made this major inconvenience.

Jody is awesome! She takes the time to make sure that you are doing the move correctly and helps you if you’re not. She rocks!

Great class with Jina! She made it fun! This is my first experience with pilates and it was a great workout. I appreciate Jina’s excellent guidance. It's great to have her watching to be sure the exercises are being done correctly. I look forward to my next class with her!

Kara is awesome as usual Kara.. I love the instructors. But do not like the way the business is run.
It's all about the money for Club Pilates (cumming location). It's a pretty expensive membership to begin with, and then they take every opportunity to charge members extra.
Customers must give 12-hour notice if they cannot attend class. That is fair. There are limited spots so that gives others the chance to take the class.
But there is no flexibility whatsoever. Doesn't matter what your circumstances may be (I have gone to class sick , because I didn't want to be charged $20. I'm sure others in class were thrilled with my non-stop coughing.)
Although the 12-hour rule is generally fair, I think it could be a $10 or even $15 charge as opposed $20, as monthly membership for one person is $220.
It would also be nice if customers were allowed 1 or 2 unexcused absences a year, as there are unforeseen circumstances. Nope! that $20 charge will show up on your credit card statement, you can bet on that!
Again, customers must give 12-hour notice before class (fair), but the studio can give 2 hours notice and charge you a penalty (not fair).
Today I was on the wait list for the 1pm class. I was originally 7th in line about a week ago. I believe I was 5th in line yesterday .
This morning around 10:15, I made a noon commitment to my mother who is currently on palliative care . The class was at 1 pm.
At 10:30 am I got a text that I was now off waitlist for the 1pm class today. So now I will be charged $20.
I didn't even know they could charge you this close to class. Even if I did , I could see forgetting to take myself off the wait list this late. You have mentally moved on when you aren't in the class 2.5 hours before it starts.
Lesson learned. Remove yourself from wait list the night before or make sure you make no alternate plans until less than 2 hours and one minute before class (that is what I was told. I would've had to cancel by 11:59).
This is clearly a big money maker for them and it is at the expense of the clients. Don't forget to cancel the night before even if you are still #5 on the waitlist!
The 12-hour rule makes sense , but whoever was after me on waitlist is likely to make Club Pilates another $20 after they are notified at 11:50
If you take yourself off the waitlist you can still show up at class time and get in the class if there are no-shows, and there often are.
And classes fill up about 2 weeks in advance so it's very common to be on a waitlist. I think most people would be ok knowing they won't be in a class if they aren't in by the morning of.
There are very limited classes on Saturdays, which is also negative for customers. People are more likely to have availability on weekends, obviously.
So teachers are awesome, and the location is great for me . But I do not feel valued by management.
I often get a text after class asking me to give a good review for teachers. I love the teachers so give a great review. As do others.
But does not mean management or ownership deserves a good review.
