I had ordered some flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day. Due to events that were honestly out of their control, the flowers didn't arrive in time. The lady on the phone, Karen, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me though! They gave me a refund and sent my girlfriend flowers with an apology note!! I think that shows real customer oriented service and I'm definitely going to purchase from them again with how good they treated me.

Received a gorgeous single stem yellow rose as part of Mom's Night at our school. Excellent quality and the rose opened up so beautifully. Still looks amazing several days later.

Best in town hands down!!!I got scammed from Avis and they came through to save a very special day. I wish I was close enough to give a hug to these kind people. Karen you are a special woman, thank you Kenny and team for making me a future client and being the hero’s of today.
